1. Shipping Methods

We offer different shipping options. In some cases, inventory and delivery may be handled by third-party fulfillment partners.

2. Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance ($9.99) protects your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
If your insured package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please email us at support@uxhippysoul.com
with photos or a description of the issue.
We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Exclusions:
• Damage caused by natural disasters or external uncontrollable factors
• Items delivered to your mailbox but stolen afterward

3. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
Please allow 3 – 5 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

If your Standard Shipping order shows no movement 9 business days after shipment, please contact us.

4. Order Queue & Modifications

After payment is completed, your order remains in a 12-hour processing queue.
During this period, you may request:

Size, color, or quantity changes

Order cancellation

After 12 hours, production begins and changes are no longer possible.

5. Multiple Shipping Addresses

We currently ship each order to a single address. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to customers in North America.
Orders outside this region cannot be processed.

7. Customs & Taxes

All items are manufactured, printed, and shipped from the United States.
The price displayed at checkout is the final price – no additional customs fees or taxes will apply.

We are not responsible for:

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer

Lost or stolen packages after you request the carrier to redirect or forward your parcel
