Effective Date: August 17, 2015

In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringement. We reserve the right to:

Remove or block access to any material we believe in good faith to be copyrighted content that has been illegally copied or distributed by any user, member, affiliate, advertiser, or content provider.

Suspend or terminate access for repeat offenders.

Your use of Hippie UX Services is governed by our Terms of Service, which incorporate this Copyright Dispute Policy. Any capitalized terms not defined here follow the meaning stated in our Terms of Service.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any material hosted on or accessible through our Services infringes your copyright (or that of someone you represent), please send a written DMCA notice to our Designated Agent including:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

Identification of the infringing material, including its location (URL or detailed description) so we can locate it.

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Your contact details, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice

Once a proper DMCA infringement notice is received, we may:

Remove or disable access to the infringing material.

Notify the user or content provider involved.

Terminate access to our Services for repeat offenders.

3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was mistakenly removed or disabled, you may send a counter-notice to our Designated Agent that includes:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its original location.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court where you reside (or where Hippie UX is located if outside the U.S.), and that you agree to accept service of process from the original complainant.

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the copyright owner initiates legal action.
