  • A change in size

  • You received the wrong item
    Although we double check everything, it can happen that we send you the wrong item. Please send a photo of the incorrect item to contact@uxhippysoul.com
  • You received a damaged/faulty item
    If your item is damaged, you do not need to return it. Please send us an email (contact@uxhippysoul.com) including your order number and a photo of the damaged item. Once confirmed, we will send you a new one free of charge.
  • If you meet the above criteria please email us at contact@uxhippysoul.com. We would also appreciate if you tell us the reason for your return so we can improve our service.

C. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF

  • You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”.

  • The item(s) have been worn or washed.
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way.
  • The item(s) are not in their original condition unless it was our fault.

  • The item(s) were Final Sale or purchased during major sale events.
